In order to best serve you, you may be asked to share your desktop with us, in order to more efficiently identify any problem you may be facing. There are two remote support options available, depending on what operating system or platform you are utilizing; please see below:

Instructions for Keyes Remote Support

Click on the remote support method based on your device or OS , you will be prompted to Run the remote support software.

Once running, EMAIL support@keyes.com with Your [nine (9) digit] device ID (aka code) and temporary sharing password for us to connect.
